03 — Craftsmanship 03The Hide
Full-grain hides are selected by hand — only the top few percent pass, chosen for grain density and natural markings that machines can't judge.
The Tannery
Vegetable and chrome tanning in small batches, weeks not hours, so the leather ages into character instead of cracking into wear.
The Cut
Patterns are laid against the hide's natural grain direction — every panel cut for movement first, symmetry second.
The Stitch
Saddle-stitched by hand at the stress points. Two needles, one thread, locked at every pass so a single break never unravels the seam.
